The risk of loss and title for all ordered items transfer to you the moment we hand the shipment over to the carrier.

Shopify Inc. powers Solas and provides the backend e-commerce architecture for our store. However, you execute every commercial transaction directly between you and Solas. You understand and acknowledge that Shopify is not liable for any aspect of your product purchases, including quality, damages, fulfilment, or customer service inquiries, and you explicitly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising out of your purchases from Solas.
